Bridesmaid dress to Steampunk skirt!

So here is the finished item from braidsmaid dress to skirt! There's a zip to make it easier to get into but also an elasticated waist so it fits more people. We experimented with lots of ways to lift the front but settled on the four tucks gathered and held by red satin ribbon.
