Toile pattern cutting for a 'Leg o'mutton' sleeve jacket

We're so excited to show you the workings of this new design jacket we've made. We had a request for a custom order on our Etsy shop to make a 'Leg o'mutton' sleeve Victorian jacket. As you can see in the photos of the toile we've experimented with different size sleeves to show the client. We've also done half of the jacket with a traditional Victorian style fish tail at the back and half of the jacket with a cropped style. The client chose the cropped style and the larger puff sleeve. We'll share more photos of the making from this initial pattern design.
