Upcycling day!

Luluna Lesley has been doing a bit of upcycling today, she's experimenting turning a bridesmaid dress into a sexy Steampunk/Pirate skirt.

First to cut the top off of the bridesmaid dress and take the netting out. Then to cut an insert for a zip and make an elasticated waist. Nothing get's wasted here at Luluna, the netting will be given to Lucy to use on the top hats.
